I believe that owning a camera does not make you a photographer any more than owning pots and pans makes you a chef. Every moment captured should be able to convey your feelings whether it is happiness, excitement or even sadness, or maybe you are trying to sell a product or teach a lesson. The image should stand on its own and that is what I strive for. There is a difference between documenting a moment and sharing a moment with a story. You must have an eye for creativity, boldness and a style to fit the job. I have experience with family portraits, commercial photography, and a vast array of other genres and situations from around the world. Photography isn't a job, it's my passion. If it was not a passion I would not be teaching free photography classes nor would I be volunteering my time helping new models with quality portfolios to get into the modeling industry. I also photograph the underprivileged, capturing moments and memories for them too. Everyone needs memories for the future, let me capture yours.
